ADVANCED PAYMENTS

Scott’s Manor Guesthouse, Wedding and Conference Venue require advance payments to secure all reservations. Full stay value must be paid 24/72 hours after making of reservation. Exceptions at Managers discretion.

METHODS OF PRE-PAYMENTS

Credit Card: Credit card numbers and expiry date and security number can be taken down telephonically or per fax for payments. Please use existing credit card forms. Amount above R 600.00 must be faxed and authorized with Guest signature.

Bank Account: Direct banking per internet – very important that the Guest must fax the bank deposit slip with the Reservation number (use date of stay) to 0866523661 or 018 6321646

Cash: Cash can only be handled at Guesthouse level

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All applications for refunds to be address to the owner.

In cases of illness or from time to time the Property may request a medical certificate to consider a refund.

Conditions of cancellations are:

• All cancellations must be in writing.
• Fourteen days (14) and less before check-in date, the full pre-payment amount will be forfeited (100%).
• Fithteen days (15) to Twenty one (21) days before check-in date 50% will be forfeited.
• Twenty two (22) and more, 15% will be forfeited.
• When full amount is repayable, a 10% administration fee will be charged with a minimum of R 100.00.
• In the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
• Where the pre-payment due-date has expired and no payment has been received, THE GUEST SHOULD FIRST BE CONTACTED BEFORE THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED!!

• Pre-payments (deposits) may be transferred to future bookings to avoid forfeiture up to three days prior to arrival. Exceptions might occur from time to time at the owner’s discretion.

• Check in time: 15:00 – 21:00.
• Please arrange for arrivals after 21:00
• Check out time: 10:00.
• Dinner & Breakfast to be booked 12 hours in advance.
• Dinner served from 19:00-20:30. Breakfast from 7:00 – 9:00
• Rates include 14% VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Scott’s Manor Guesthouse, Wedding & Conference Venue will not be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions, money or any other valuables at our Properties.
• Scott’s Manor Guesthouse, wedding & Conference venue is pet friendly, but arrangements must be done before hand.
